Premier Property Management, llc is seeking a professional qualified candidate for the position of Site Manager for residential apartment communities in the Detroit area.

 

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the successful applicants will be responsible for all phases of the operation of the property, including, but not limited to, supervision of all on site staff, perform written evaluations of employees, market apartments and prepare all related advertising, handle details of move-ins and move-outs, collecting rents, handling delinquent accounts, and preparing monthly reports.

 

Must have valid drivers license. Selected applicants must be motivated and self directed. Two to three years management experience preferred. Section 8 and Tax Credit experience required.
