We're seeking an individual with senior-level customer service experience to be a Property Service Representative (a.k.a. "PSR") to work out of Austin, Texas.  The PSR will provide world class support & professionalism to property level customers by assisting them in maintaining a successful utility billing program .

The essential functions of the PSR will be to:Professionally support a specific group of assigned clients at both the property and portfolio levels. Manage a specific group of properties dealing mainly with Bill Only and/or Billing Pro properties that require low to moderate maintenance. Obtain current utility bills and resident data for assigned properties on a monthly basis. Proactive Reporting of property performance to Property Managers on a monthly basis. Provide training, tools and reporting to property staffs as needed. Generate training materials that will match the needs of each property. Keep the appropriate internal contacts abreast of the status of each property and alert them to any possible property/system wide issues. Provide follow up/support to all departments on property level issues. Perform primary job responsibilities with moderate supervision, needing manager to assist with problem-solving and trouble-shooting issues. Responsible for assigned property level unit penetration management.

Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks/projects within deadlines. Strong analytical and problem solving skills in order to develop creative solutions to unique customer problems Computer skills, MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook Detail-oriented – ability to manage multiple projects/assignments at one time Dependable Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks
