Closeline Settlements, an established national title company, seeks a Title Processor for its corporate headquarters located in Rockville, MD. 

 

Responsibilities of this position will include:

·  Preparation/review of title commitments and HUD-1 settlement statements;

·  Assistance with clearing title issues;

·  Researching judgments and other unreleased liens;

·  Assistance in the electronic delivery of closing documents;

·  Other related duties as assigned.

 

Ideal candidates will be well organized, friendly and knowledgeable in real estate refinance and purchase transactions.
