TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
We are currently seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join our office located in San Francisco, CA TRANSACTION COORDINATOR - San Francisco, CAResponsibilities: Responsible for administrative support to one Regional Manager, one Associate, two Transaction Managers and one Analyst in the Transactions and Investment Team for Northern California Update and manage corporate Revenue System, which houses the Firm's transaction and commission information, working closely with the transaction managers in various regions to ensure its accuracy Generate monthly revenue reports Assist the Accounting department in the closing out of deals, invoicing, and follow-up on accounts receivables Update marketing flyers using Microsoft Publisher Process invoices and expense reports Act as liaison between Jones Lang LaSalle and vendors and/or client Solicit verbal/written communication from clients and other team members Perform office functions including mail distribution, ordering supplies, coordination with visitors, and other tasks that support the flow of a well-maintained professional office environment Assist with on boarding new employees, including phone setup, access to computer applications etc. as directed by Manager Create and maintain transaction working files Perform additional duties and special assignments as requestedRequirements: Knowledge of basic business practices Ability to work independently as well as be a team player, demonstrating highest professional standards of behavior Strong organizational skills, problem solving capabilities, and ability to multi-task Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (such as Excel and PowerPoint) Adobe Acrobat applications Communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner Excellent interpersonal skillsStart a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
