TRANSACTION MANAGER

We are currently seeking a Transaction Manager to join our office located in Chicago, IL. TRANSACTION MANAGER - Chicago, ILResponsibilities: Manage retail banking acquisition, renewal and disposition activities within a specific geography Understand the retail real estate goals of the Bank of America and execute based upon the standard process working closely with the Director of Transactions Services and Regional Director(s) Manage all subleasing, lease renewals, site selection, and third party leases Execute practices and procedures that increase productivity and tie in with Bank of America's needs to reduce costs Generate the appropriate reporting for the Bank of America for assigned portfolio Review lease activity and lease summaries as necessary Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, career development planning and incentive/salary administration Manage and encourage participation in the Bank of America and Facility Partner employee recognition awards programs Perform additional duties as requestedRequirements: Bachelor's degree; Graduate degree preferred (equivalent work experience in the Real Estate Industry doing transactions will be considered) Minimum of 4 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, as a third party service provider or as a consultant Excellent interpersonal, communication, accounting, negotiations and leasing skills Strong relationships within the real estate developer, landlord and brokerage communities Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting are imperative Valid real estate sales associate license (Brokerage license is preferred)Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
