Technical Trainer

The Gene B Glick Company, Inc is a leader in the development and management of multi-family residential communities in the United States.  We are seeking a Technical Trainer for our corporate location. The Technical Trainer is primarily responsible for preparing and/or coordinating the preparation of all software related training and documentation, providing support of current or any future property management software and maintaining records of all software training participation for all personnel. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of software training needs within the company.

 

Responsibilities include:Collaborate in the planning/design/development/deployment of all software training for existing and new applications.Designs, develops and conducts formal technical training classes for employees at all levels of the organizationReview and analyze the effectiveness of existing software training/support and develop strategies for improvement.Assist with design, development, preparation and delivery of additional reports required for improving business applications.Meet with decision makers and end users to define training requirements and to identify needs based on financial or operational processes.Provide technical support to end users.Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations or alternatives for potential trouble areas in software use throughout the organization.Maintain documentation of all software training participants, IT Policies and Procedures for end users and Service Level Agreements.
