Telecom Analyst

We currently have an opening for a Telecom Analyst in our North Scottsdale Corporate Office.  The Telecom Analyst’s role will be to coordinate strategies for in-house voice, data, and video equipment and associated network connections.  This includes configuring and optimizing all telephone systems and services, voicemail and PBX communication systems, and video conferencing environments, both internally and those integrated with Internet-based services.  In addition, will maintain SLA’s for all organizational telecom applications.

 

Specific responsibilities include assisting with the installation and troubleshooting of telecom systems for all of our offices across Arizona. This includes adds, moves and deletes of employees and real estate agents.  Will monitor and identify capacity and performance issues for telecom traffic; generate telecommunications usage and network traffic reports; configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user telecommunications, telephony, and voice/data software products; and perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of telecommunications problems for end users; recommend and implement corrective solutions.  Will maintain and update electronic records and databases consisting of billing, vendor and roster information.  Provides on site customer support during power outages.

 

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years previous telecom experience in a multiple site environment.  A minimum of an associates degree in a technical curriculum is desired.  Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to travel by car to multiple sites frequently.
