Top Agent's Assistant - Full Time Paid Position

As part of the nation’s oldest real estate organization we are internationally recognized as the industry leader with over 4,000 offices in 30 countries and territories.  We currently have an opening for a real estate Agent Assistant in our Hyde Park Sale Office. **FULL TIME COMPREHENSIVE BENEFTIS PACKAGE OFFERED WITH THIS POSITION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE** Duties/Responsibilities Provide general support for busy real estate agent in office and off-site Answer phone calls for agent Take photos of listed properties Assemble presentation of photos to create a visual tour Prepare marketing materials Show properties to potential buyers Meet with clients as needed Follow up with clients/customers Other duties/projects as needed  Experience: Real estate license required Familiar with blogging, MySpace, Facebook, Wiki and other Internet Tools Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be highly organized with attention to detail and ability to follow through Strong technical skills Enthusiastic team player Multi-tasking skillsWe regret we are not able to respond to phone calls regarding this job posting.  Local candidates only - no agencies.EOE
