Transactions Coordinator

Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Transactions, the Transaction Coordinator provides support to the group, including compiling and distributing disposition due diligence materials, updating financial models in Excel and coordinating communication between EQR property management team and outside resources including brokers, potential buyers and buyer's necessary vendors to facilitate a successful sale. Minor administrative responsibilities include scheduling travel, processing T & E’s, general filing, answering phones and assisting with miscellaneous projects. A High school diploma required for this position, in addition to 3+ years administrative experience required.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills necessary.  Thorough knowledge of grammar, punctuation and spelling required to ensure that all documentation is prepared in an accurate, professional and timely manner.  Must be able to follow through on projects, prioritize workload and organize many details. Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality required.
