For more information, visit the Company's Web site at www.grubb-ellis.com Job Description: * Assist in the development, implementation and administration of marketing plans and ideas in presenting market research data for the MS commute programs. * Design and produce flyers, brochures and marketing materials.* Oversee the collection and analysis of statistical data relating to commute programs.* Create quarterly and annual market and sub-market graphs using existing data.* Manage existing web tools including updates and reporting for: Ride Matching; Guaranteed Ride Home; Taxi Vouchers; Lockers; etc.* Respond to employee customer inquires regarding programs offered.* Coordinate logistical planning and implementation of transportation fairs and other promotional events including communication plans. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree, preferred.* Minimum of 3-5 years previous work experience in transportation or marketing fields.* Ability to work independently and to take initiative.* Excellent oral and written communication skills; healthy people skills and a service orientation.* Proficient with Microsoft Office software.* Experience with State and Local Transportation laws preferred.
