VIRTUAL PREMISE COORDINATOR

We are currently seeking a Virtual Premise Coordinator to join our office located in Chicago, ILVIRTUAL PREMISE COORDINATOR - Chicago, IL Responsibilities: Manage and implement database changes and communicate database needs and enhancements/modifications Act as main point of contact between client and facility partner concerning all Virtual Premise communication and upkeep Maintain information within a complex data structure Regular and ad hoc reporting to the client as well as internally Manage assigned client and internal audits, data analysis and clean-up Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or real estate Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a professional, fast paced environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to detail Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelStart a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
