VOIP ENGINEER

Title: VoIP EngineerReports To: Manager, Network OperationsDescription: The VOIP engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation and administration of a regionally dispersed VOIP network. Additional responsibilities may include LAN/WAN, Network Management, Security, or other network related activities.Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for providing support and architectural design for VOIP telephony infrastructure2.Responsibilities will periodically include tier 3 support for operational issues for VOIP, traditional voice and data systems.3.As a Cisco IPCC Engineer you will be responsible for the technical leadership, architectural design, project management, and deployment of Cisco IPCC solutions.4.Position will lead technical projects to reduce cost, improve service or provide innovative business solutions consistent with the business strategies.5.Responsible for the engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance and upgrade of the companies VoIP deployment, supporting applications and network hardware.6.Installation of Cisco IPCC software, hardware setup & testing, remote monitoring, scripting, and integration with other enterprise applications7.Exceed customer expectationsQualifications:•Minimum of 3 years of experience performing VOIP design and architecture, general telephony engineering, and technical project management•Cisco Call Manager - 2+ years (Designing and architecting the enterprise)•Experience with multi-site configurations in system engineering and administration role within Fortune 1000 companies•3 + years experience with voice infrastructures design and support in a Cisco environment•Cisco IPCC, Cisco IP-IVR configuration and Scripting experience, CISCO ICM/IPCC Scripting Experience•Current Cisco CCVP certification•Current Cisco CCNA certification•Cisco Call Manager experience is a must•Nortel PBX experience is highly preferred.•Self-starter with excellent organization, administrative, interpersonal skills•Excellent written and verbal skills are a plusAnalytical,Communication,Composure Under Stress,Decision Making,Detailed Oriented,Diplomacy/Interpersonal,Initiative,Microsoft Office Suite,Multi-Tasking,Negotiation,Organization,Results Orientation,Team Player JOB TITLE: VOIP ENGINEER COMPANY: Westfield LLC LOCATION: LOS ANGELES, CA 90025 JOB CATEGORY: IT/Software Development JOB STATUS: Full Time, Employee CONTACT INFORMATIONCOMPANY:Westfield LLCREFERENCE CODE:JG11562 View all jobs for Westfield Corporation
