 Regional Vice President, Senior Asset Manager  Founded in 1989, our client is one of the leading nationwide multifamily real estate firms. They focus on the acquisition, development, construction and management of luxury and student living apartment communities.

 

Currently the firm is seeking a Regional Vice President, Senior Asset Manager to join the Northeast Team.

 Position Responsibilities:

 Management of property operations.Development of business plans and budgets.Owners program execution on acquisition rehabs.Development of plans to improve asset values.Rent schedule and concession package adjustments.Market competitor evaluations and comparisons.Periodic site visits and interaction with property management.Market research analyses to project future performance.Approval of leasing strategies and marketing efforts.Interpretation of property loans, contracts, and agreements.Senior management reporting and consolidations.Work with finance team to ensure accurate and timely reports.Approval of reforecast models, cash flow models, and PCRs.Management of cash flow timing and capital needs.Underwriting and budget variance analyses.Make recommendations on asset dispositions and valuations.

 Position Qualifications:

 Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant multifamily experience in the real estate industryExtremely strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills – written, oral, and interpersonalLeadership and management skills Ability to multi-task across a wide range of responsibilitiesTeam player
