WINCHESTER HOMES - Community Sales Manager

Responsibilities:1.  Self generate traffic through broker program, networking, and referrals.2.  Sell according to Minimum Performance Standards (“MPS”) selling process.3.  Determine customer needs and qualifications identifying A, B and C prospects.4.  Implement systematic follow-up to increase “be-back” prospects.5.  Close sales and  complete contracts, addenda and selection sheets.6.  Report sales results weekly.7.  Visit top competitors, reporting advantages and disadvantages to DSM’s.8.  Learn and utilize SalesBuilder and complete paperwork on computer.Requirements:  A. Education1.  High School diploma.2.  B.S. degree preferred. B. Job Skills1.  Selling skills.2.  Communication skills.3.  Highly organized.4.  Ability to produce results each week.5.  Ability to work independently.6.  Ability to analyze competition.7.  Ability to build a team with Sales Assistant, Production and other departments. C. ExperienceTwo years new home sales or comparable selling experience.
