Airport Relations Specialists

Job Profile:The Corporate Airport Business Development team has an immediate opening for two Airport Relations Specialists. These positions will support our Airport operations by coordinating all contract terms, lease agreements, and submitting bids on behalf of all three brands; Enterprise, National, and Alamo. These positions will be based at our Corporate Headquarters, in St. Louis, Missouri.Responsibilities: Review airport concession agreements, related documents, and prepare bids  Review leases, amendments, extensions and other legal documents and provide comments as needed Draft leases, amendments, extensions, and other legal documents as required Provide lease interpretations and assist operating groups in drafting correspondence to landlords Review estoppel certificates and subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements Maintain and cultivate relationships with Airport contacts, departments, and industry contacts Generate auto-queries and custom reporting with regard to bid results, upcoming bids, contract tracking, database reporting, etc.Qualifications: Two to five years experience in real estate and/or transactional matters in a corporate setting or law firm Ability to apply experience based knowledge and leadership skills toward organizational goals Strong sense of initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workloads Proficiency with Microsoft office Education: Bachelor’s degree requiredTo Apply:If you are interested and qualified for this opportunity, please click on the link below to complete an online application. https://www.enterprisejobs.com/default.asp?presets=req=7731-airportrelations-04-22-08 We are an equal opportunity employer.
