Associate Employment Counsel

Job Profile:The Enterprise Rent-A-Car Corporate Headquarters has an immediate opening for an Associate Employment Counsel. The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of support and guidance on all aspects of labor and employment law. This person will report to the Employment Counsel, and will work closely with Corporate Human Resource Managers, field HR professionals, other company attorneys, outside counsel and, as appropriate, senior management.Responsibilities: Provide timely and sound counsel and advice on all matters of labor and employment law Provide counsel to the Corporate HR Managers and their respective teams Coordinate with outside labor and employment counsel to ensure excellent representation and achievement of corporate employee relations and labor relations policies and objectives Facilitate compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations Review and draft various labor and employment documents and related compliance documents, including personnel policies, employment agreements and contracts, position statements and memoranda Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a proven record of professional excellence in achievement with four to six years of experience in the labor and employment law field A juris doctorate from an accredited, recognized law school is essential Admission to the Missouri Bar is required Experience in employment and consulting agreements, non-compete covenants, mediation and arbitration Outstanding interpersonal skills, superior oral and written legal and business communication skills High level of attention to detail and process, including excellent drafting skills High level of professional integrity and uncompromising ethical standards Education: A juris doctorate from an accredited, recognized law school is essential To Apply:If you are interested and qualified for this opportunity, please click on the link below to complete our on line application. https://www.enterprisejobs.com/default.asp?presets=req=7731-employmentcounsel-05-07-08  We are an equal opportunity employer.
