To be qualified, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years business management experience in sales and/or operational management, and 3 years of supervisory experience. Candidates also must have an understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation. Knowledge of the construction equipment rental industry or related field is preferred. We also look for individuals with strong motivational, organizational, and leadership skills, the ability to multi-task, and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel. A Bachelors degree is required.
