Cashier

Job Purpose:High energy, dependable and friendly person wanted.  This person will be helping brides make their special day a success.Duties:* Itemizes and totals purchases by recording prices,  operating a cash register.* Answers phones, Data Entry.* Getting orders prepared and pulled.* Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers; making change for cash customers.* Verifies credit acceptance by reviewing and recording driver's license number; operating credit card authorization system.* Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.* Must be able to work a minimum of three Saturdays a month.* Temp to hire position* Must be able to pass drug and background screening.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Energy Level, Dependability, Productivity, Customer Service, Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Customer Focus, General Math Skills, Informing Others, Basic Safety, Job Knowledge Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
