Customer Service Representative

You will handle inbound calls from across the US and Canada, assisting customers with reservations and problem solving. We are hiring both full and part time employees. Part-time employees will work a minimum of 15 hours per week and the schedule will include one or both weekend days. Full-time employees will be required to work both weekend days.  This position offers: Paid training classes Competitive benefits and discounts Structured career path with internal advancement opportunities Professional and friendly team environment Business casual dress code $10.65 per hour  Responsibilities: Daily duties include, but are not limited to: Respond to incoming calls efficiently Resolve a variety of basic customer service inquiries Make reservations for offices nationwide Provide excellent customer service to customers Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases Communicate information considered unsatisfactory by customers in a tactful manner  Qualifications: 6 months of previous customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems Good PC skills (ability to navigate through computer systems and screens, type min. 20wpm) Strong customer service orientation Prior stable work experience All applicants must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or G.E.D.
