Position: Call Center Sales Supervisor

Location: Wake Forest, NC

WAKE FOREST. Call Center Sales Supervisor position.(Bi Lingual a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of sales and service representatives to meet projected goals.

• Foster an enthusiastic environment to motivate agents to high performance levels.

• Train and coach agents on call center application and sales strategy.

• Monitor calls and provide performance feedback to agents.

• Communicate and reinforce all policies and procedures.

• Monitor call volumes, routing and agent handling of calls.

• Handle customer calls as volume dictates.

• Provide point of escalation for customer and facility issues. (troubleshooting)

• Work on various ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years previous supervisory experience (preferably in a call center environment)

• Familiarity with call center technology and interpreting call statistics

• High energy level. Effective leadership and motivational skills.

• Effective communication skills and ability to coach agents to meet sales goals

• Excellent customer service skills with pleasant phone voice and enthusiastic nature

• Familiarity with Microsoft office software including proficiency in Excel

• Flexibility of hours. May require weekend and evening shifts.

• Ability to be detailed and thorough in work process

• 4 year college degree
