Full Time Trainer

Job Profile:There is currently an opening for a Trainer at the Eugene, OR Contact Center. The normal work week will consist of 40 hours per week. This position will oversee the daily activities of New Hire employees and various training projects. This individual will be responsible for assisting with training needs but will also be required to take retail and roadside phone calls as needed. The schedule varies based on the training needs, including daytime or evening Monday-Friday classes as well as week night/Saturday afternoon classes.Responsibilities: Facilitate New Hire training classes Develop measurable training that contributes to the increased performance level of employees Facilitate interactive training sessions that meet the learning needs of a diverse audience Provide feedback to management on employee issues/ performance Document and report employee activity and progress Handle special projects as assigned by Managers Provide exceptional customer service to customers while handling retail and roadside phone calls Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required in any discipline with 1 year of training experience or a 4 year degree in Education Superior customer service skills STRONG written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop, present, and facilitate various training sessions Excellent organizational and time management skills...Ability to multi-task is imperative!
