Leasing Consultant

University House, a leader in student housing is in search of a Leasing Consultant to manage the daily leasing activities for our properties.

 

Responsibilities/Duties:

On a day-to-day basis this person will be responsible for: Assisting in marketing strategies Assisting prospective residentsCoordinating renewals and existing leases and providing top-notch customer serviceConduct background checks, credit, and income verifications along with managing other documentation for leases.

 

Requirements:Individuals should maintain an outgoing, extroverted personalityHave experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

 

This position is a salary-plus-commission and offers a flexible schedule.
