Maintenance Supervisor

Premier Property Management, llc is seeking a professional qualified candidate for the position of Maintenance Supervisor for residential apartment communities in the Pontiac area.

 

Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the successful applicants will be responsible for all phases of the operation of the property, including, but not limited to planning weekly work schedules for Maintenance staff, responsible for training and leading Maintenance staff, log maintenance work orders and tracks outstanding work, and maintains an inventory of all maintenance supplies and purchases additional supplies.


Must have valid drivers license. Selected applicants must be motivated and self directed. Must have a minimum of 2 years related experience. Must have a high degree of trouble shooting and problem solving abiltiy. Must have the ability to achieve the highest possible maintenance standards.
