A high level of customer service is required. You must be able to move heavy furniture and electronics with precision and must have a clean driving record. MANAGER TRAINEES… Starting salary based on Experience, Achievements & Performance Bonus Commissions Typically, Management Trainees get through our hands on program within one year. However, our company is opening one store every four days and some motivated and outstanding individuals may be offered a General Manager's position within as little as 8-12 months. You will be responsible for setting and attaining sales goals, pricing, inventory, warehouse, staging products, and overall appearance of the store.
