HIRING for MANAGERS, CSR's, Delivery Drivers for: El Campo, TX and surrounding areas.MANAGERSWe bring individuals into our management training program with at least 2 years of college and/or at least 2 years of management and train them to master ALL aspects of our business. Normal progression would be Manager Trainee, Sales Manager, Customer Account Manager. These positions are interchangeable as you go through training. Your GOAL is to complete all steps in the training program and demonstrate through exceptional performance that you have the skills to be promoted to Store General Manager. CSR'sWe bring individuals who are customer service oriented, upbeat, and friendly. Our CSR's interact with customers in our showroom and assist in the sales process. Some responsibilities include: answering phones, maintaining our showroom, accepting payments, filing, faxing, verifying date and processing order forms. Delivery Drivers We bring individuals who are able to deliver and recover furniture, appliances, computer, and electronics. Our Delivery Drivers, known as Product Technicians, are responsible for the safe handling of merchandise, loading, securing, delivering, setting up and demonstrating to customers the proper use of merchandise delivered. Deliveries are made using on of our box trucks (no CDL is required). Merchandise is also returned and set up at the store.We offer... Sundays OFF! OFF 5 major holidays!
