MANAGER TRAINEES… Typically, Management Trainees get through our hands on program In a year and a half. However, our company is opening one store every four days and some motivated and outstanding individuals may be offered a General Manager's position within as little as 12 months! SALES MANAGERS… As a Sales Manager, you will sell our products to perspective customers and acquire new customers while maintaining existing ones. You will be responsible for setting and attaining sales goals, pricing, inventory, warehouse, staging products, and overall appearance of the store. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGERS.. As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for managing expired customer's lease agreements through immediate customer contact and collections efforts. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.. Responsible for interacting with customers, initially and most importantly, in regards to lease purchase and retail sales. This individual is also responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding their lease agreements, accepting payments, processing order forms, filing, faxing, answering the phone, and maintaining the appearance of the showroom. DELIVERY DRIVER.. You will be responsible for the safe handling of merchandise, loading, securing, delivering, setting up and demonstrating to customers the proper use of merchandise delivered.
