Successful candidates will work directly with customers to determine rental needs, present and sell car rental related products and services by following service driven principles and techniques, answer telephone calls, book reservations, assist with preparation of vehicles for rental, handle vehicle check-ins, respond to and resolve customer questions and complaints, collaborate with peers and management to meet operations service and sales goals.

Core Competencies/Responsibilities Include:Successful service/sales experience (minimum 1 year)Ability to demonstrate service driven sales techniquesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to present and maintain a professional imageResults-oriented and able to produce high quality/quantity salesAbility to manage stressful and challenging situations Promote and maintain a positive attitude among customers and staffStrong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levelsWell organized and detail orientedAptitude for working effectively in a fast paced environmentAccurately type and perform data entryAbility to work flexible schedules (including weekends, nights and holidays)Minimum education - High School diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license as required by state

 

Salary/Benefits Overview:
