We have an opening for an EXPERIENCED customer service/billing rep.  Our preference is for an individual with experience working for large companies which train how to provide customer service excellence.  A successful candidate may have worked in an accounting/billing role but has a great outgoing and positive personality and wants to do more than just A/R...or a customer service rep who has a knack for reviewing contracts to be submitted, billing or A/R and wants a broader role.

 

If you are a skilled customer service rep looking for added responsibilities, this may be the position for you.  If you are an excellent prospect, we will train you.

 

We seek an individual with a personal track record of top notch customer service, excellent communication skills (you will be taking inbound customer calls with questions about their billing) and you will need a high level of proficiency with Excel and comfortable navigating in Quick Books. 

 

We are professionally managed and provide a fun work environment.  You will play a key role in our firm by helping our thousands of customers when they call in with service-related inquiries and helping the sales team convert their contracts into revenue.  This position is more rewarding than a typical customer service or accounting clerk role, as you will develop a broader range of skills. 

 

You will need to be highly organized, computer proficient, a good problem solver and a confident communicator.

 

Compensation is $14 to $15/hour – with vacation time, holidays, sick days and benefits.  Compensation is based on your experience, productivity and service excellence.  We seek an individual who is outgoing, has a fun personality, works hard, and believes in offering great customer service.
