Rogue Ales in beautiful Newport Oregon is in need of an Accountant who loves great beer and spirits. We need a circus act, someone who can keep a thousand balls in the air. Rogue Ales is an artisan varietal brewery founded in Oregon in 1988, making it one of America’s first 50 microbreweries. With over 450 medals to its credit, Rogue is the most highly awarded craft brewery in the United States. Never-the-less, we’re still a bunch of revolutionaries who just happen to be intense about making the world’s best beer.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial statement preparation Analyze and explain financial variances General ledger entries and maintenance COGS analysis and adjustments Account reconciliations Sales and cash reporting

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor degree in Accounting 2 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Effective verbal and written communication skills
