About Us:

Food broker representing manufacturers of baked goods, marketing those goods to in-store bakeries along the east coast.  We have been in business for 40+ years and are located in Williamstown, NJ.

Requirements:

·         MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·         MUST HAVE EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, MATH AND FOLLOW UP SKILLS.

·         MUST BE ANALYTICAL, ORGANIZED AND DETAIL ORIENTED.

Duties:

·         Request and organize monthly movement reports.

·         Monitor and track monthly rebates (prepare spreadsheets for submission to accounts) based on movement reports.

·         Submit rebate invoices to manufacturer for payment; follow up; communicate to parties involved.

·         Submit rebate payments from manufacturers to accounts as required.

·         Track sales numbers.

Salary/Wage Range

$26,000 to start with possibility for increase (after probationary period) based on aptitude and performance.

Dress Code:

Business dress code, no jeans, sneakers or inappropriate apparel; casual dress on Fridays.

Work Hours:

8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Some after hours work may be required to finish projects on a deadline.
