Asset Protection Associate

The Scrivanos Group is an established and fast-growing franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts.  We operate over 130 store locations throughout Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.  Our corporate office is located in North Reading, MA.  We currently have an opening for (2) additional Asset Protection Associates. 

 

PRIMARY PURPOSE:  Responsible for real time monitoring of numerous locations via CCTV from a central station.  Also responsible for reviewing recorded video for operational and integrity based exceptions. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Remotely monitor store and corporate office CCTV systems.Complete operational / integrity audits.Review / Research system generated exception reports.  Appropriately respond to emergencies and crisis’s (fire, robberies, etc.)Demonstrate practical knowledge, problem solving and decision making skills.  Anticipates problems and develops workable solutions.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work seated at a desk for an extended period of time.Proficient in English language (both written and oral).Familiarity with computers.Ability to work independent of direct supervision.

 PREFERED JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of CCTV surveillance experience.Experience with Dunkin’ Donuts store operations.
