Job Description

Americas #1 Buffalo Wing Delivery Franchise, Wing Zone®, is looking for a motivated, energetic individual to be the Assistant General Manager (AGM) of our take-out and delivery restaurant located in the Oakland district of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Wing Zone® is a growing delivery restaurant franchise based in Atlanta, Georgia with over 100 locations nationwide.

 

Duties / Responsibilities

The AGM is a hands-on positions which include, but are not limited to, operating the store (running shifts); engaging in local Marketing activities; hiring, firing, and training of staff; helping to foster a healthy and enjoyable working environment; aid in achieving Sales and productivity goals; controlling Food and Labor costs.

 

Requirements

Must have good communication skills and like interacting with customers.  Must have a clean driving record and agree to a credit and criminal background check.  Previous experience preferred, but not required.

 

Benefits

In addition to bi-weekly salary, Wing Zone®  Oakland also includes a percentage of the net store profits (based on performance) after a three (3) month probationary period and one (1) week paid vacation after your first year of employment.
