The Assistant Manager will serve as an assistant maitre d’ to meet or exceed each customer’s expectation of the dining experience.  You need to maintain standards for food, beverage, service, and atmosphere while building positive customer relations.  The Assistant Manager will support the management team and assist with the execution of all company initiatives and policies.

 

Qualifications include:Prior restaurant management experience Strong beverage experience Strong organization, communication, and problem solving Thorough understanding of BOH operations High level of motivation and ability to follow instructions
