Assistant Manager opportunities are currently available in Fort Wayne and surrounding communities.

Successful Assistant Managers work closely with their store manager to ensure proper shift coverage, restaurant cleanliness and training of crew members.  Their primary role is to assist with overall store operations.  Assistant Managers have strong leadership capabilities and generally desire increasing responsibility. 

 

Qualified candidates possess prior service industry experience, preferably food service, with some accountability for managing people and processes.  Strong leadership capabilities and a desire for increasing responsibility are preferred.
