Qualifications • 3+ years management experience in causal dining. • Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes. • Uses understanding of the business to develop long term strategies to competitively position the company. • Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings. • Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs. • Skilled at measuring costs of products, services, or other cost objectives. • Skilled at summarizing and analyzing information for budgeting revenues and expenses. • Skilled at describing mathematical relationships among operating and financial activities that can affect actions toward financial objectives. • Capable of managing people and work. Skills include planning, developing policies, and delegation. • Capable of profit and loss responsibility through setting financial goals and managing budgets.
