Associate Manager Hospitality Manager -- In this key guest relations management role, the Hospitality Manager is responsible for ensuring that Golden Corral's guests enjoy a pleasurable dining experience. Key responsibilities include guest interaction, management of operating standards for service, facility and equipment in the restaurant, while ensuring staffing and training of the service team.  Kitchen Manager -- In this key food production management role, the Kitchen Manager ensures that Golden Corral's procedures, systems, recipes and products are the highest level of quality for Golden Corral's guests. Key responsibilities include controlling food costs, receiving management and inventory control, while ensuring staffing and training of the kitchen team.
