As one of our Marketing Specialists, youll influence and partner with key business leaders, including Franchisees and BKCs Franchise Operations organization. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in fast food, consumer product marketing/advertising (client or agency). Understanding of the Burger King® organization/fast food industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills required. Must be adaptable to a changing, fast-paced environment; able to deal with a variety of personalities and situations with energy and enthusiasm; and able to work in a culture/environment that promotes an entrepreneurial spirit and a "let's get it done now attitude". Successful candidate focuses on possibilities rather than problems; possesses strong customer orientation; and is unusually adept at anticipating, assessing and translating changes in customer needs/wants into coherent, timely, actionable strategies and tactics.
