Lighthearted, Inc., doing business in Augusta, Georgia and Columbia, South Carolina seeks to fill two Store Manager positions.  Besides exhibiting reliability, honesty, promptness and basic aptitude in communication skills the candidate must have:

•    Experience in the Quick Service field.
•    Ability to function in a perpetually baking environment.
•    Skills at organizing and managing people, money, product and perform light maintenance on machinery.
•    Ability to follow through on direction and to give clear direction.
•    Ability to set personal and store goals.
•    Ability to self motivate and to motivate others.
•    A desire to adhere to the basic Auntie Anne’s
•    Ability to teach and coach others in their perspective roles in the store.
•    Ability to discipline and conduct conflict resolution on all levels.
•    Exhibit urgent and personal Customer Service.
•    Exhibit basic store Accounting Skills.
•    Work in cooperation with the Home Office, the Regional Manager and the Owners on a daily basis

Compensation-

Crew Members will begin at an hourly rate with opportunity to advance in Responsibility and compensation.
