Benefits Specialist

Over 40 years later, we are the largest fine-dining steak house company in the world, with more than 100 restaurants worldwide.  We are currently seeking a Benefits Specialist responsible for daily activities relative to data analysis, administration and coordination of human resources system projects for employee benefit plans. As needed, the qualified candidate will provide special guidance and assistance to all locations on various employee benefits plans. In addition, they will assist the benefits team in development, recommendations and installation of new processes or reporting associated with employee benefit plans. Requirements: ·  Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent OR·  At least five years experience in benefits administration OR·  Any appropriate combination of education and experience·  Appropriate designations or equivalent training preferred (CEBS, PHR, SPHR, REBC)·  Knowledge of HRIS, SQL select statements and joining tables a plus At Ruth’s Chris - we not only value our guests, we value our team members too.
