Bilingual Call Center Associate - Third Shift (Temporary)

Denny's, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Associate for our corporate headquarters in Spartanburg. This position is responsible for processing all call types and providing technical support.

Duties, Responsibilities and Expected Contributions:General call types (compliments, complaints, discrimination intakes)E-mail correspondenceTier I technical support (general trouble shooting)Thoroughly document all customer contacts in call tracking systemBe aware of customer wait times and strive minimize themBe enthusiastic, professional and accurate in all communications, verbal and writtenProvide prompt, efficient, customer-oriented service to every customerParticipate in team meetings to develop strategies and plans to meet customer needsMake a personal commitment to continuous Always strive to meet/exceed personal and team goals

Skills and Attributes:Must be flexible to work overnights. (Hours for this position are 11:00pm to 8:00am - Friday through Tuesday)Must have the ability to listen to internal and external customers and communicate extremely complex and technical information clearly and conciselyThe ability to successfully communicate ideas and recommendations to all levels within the department, using tact, common courtesy, persuasion and discretion to achieve objectivesAbility to work well under pressure and daily deadlinesAble to manage multiple tasksAbility to handle high call volumesStrong organizational skillsTeam player and demonstrate the highest level of customer serviceSelf-motivatesEffective problem solving skillsHigh energy, enthusiastic, positive outlookAbility to change in a fast-paced environment'Can do' helpful attitudeBi-lingual skills in Spanish required

Education / Work Experience: 2-3 years experience in a customer service or technical support position (call center preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSharp troubleshooting and problem solving abilities: quick, calm, logical and analytical
