Business Solutions Manager Or Client Service Provider

Business Solutions Manager (BSM) or Customer Service Provider (CSP - Junior level BSM) needed for Dallas Food Service Equipment company.  Seeking qualified candidates who will be responsible for executing new store restaurant packages.  You will be required to manage the overall project from proposal to closure stage.  Will ensure that all items are properly ordered, shipped, and billed, as well as ensure customer satisfaction.  The person in either of these roles will be an expert in project management duties.  The BSM candidate will take a leadership role in the department.

Candidates with project management experience in an engineering, construction, and/or restaurant industry are highly preferred.

Duties will include:Prepare site specific quotes from blueprints for New Store projects Put together proposals including pricing, cut sheets, and revisions Interface with customer to execute against their store opening time line Ensure communication between inventory control, vendor management, A/P, distribution center and logistics for status information and discrepancy resolution Resolve issues timely that impede prompt order delivery and accurate execution Interface with Construction Manager, General Contractors, and internal teams to execute flawless New Store projects within time line metrics

Requirements:3+ years of Project Management skills (preferably within engineering, construction, and/or restaurant industry) 3+ years of working with blueprints Customer service skills Problem solving skills Interpersonal skills, including leadership abilities, ability to manage sales cycles and relationships, and ability to work under time lines and prioritize Highly proficient computer skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Bachelor's degree Food service industry experience preferred JD Edwards experience preferred
