Play a key role in our future success: Job DescriptionAs Corporate HR Generalist, successful candidate will provide support to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources interacting with numerous Human Resource functions to meet strategic, tactical and administrative Human Resource objectives. The candidate’s knowledge of employee relations and strong analytical ability should be used to support HR initiatives. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management in multiple sectors and across various support departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handle complaints, resolve issues, improve processes Analyze labor turnover data Manage exit survey process, review response Produce and review offer letters for Senior Management Work with legal department to draft and execute Senior Management employment agreements Coordinate Senior Management severance agreements Maintain sector Human Resource website Assist with sector compensation/talent management collection and analysis Develop presentations for Senior Management meetings Monitor Sr. VP HR budget/expenses Process on-line selection assessments Perform administrative tasks as assigned Recipe to Succeed: Content-knowledge regarding employment law, policies, procedures and programs Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and mathematical skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to manage priorities and workflow Commitment to excellence and process improvement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work in constantly changing environmentNecessary Ingredients: Must have worked in fast-paced, very flexible environment, where phone calls are never ending, e-mails are frequent, and organizational skills are a must Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent related experience PHR or SPHR certification a plus Two (2) + years experience as HR representative/generalist Working knowledge of employment law Strong computer skills including MS office, SAP, web based research Experienced in scheduling activities or duties, coordinating activities, handling complaints and resolving issues Experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions Bilingual Spanish-English a plusGreat People.
