Cafeteria Supervisor

Position Description:The Cafeteria Supervisor will assist in training, scheduling, and supervising of Cafeteria staff. Coordinates ordering, stocking, and inventory control. Responsible for setup of employee cafeteria both in the morning and afternoon for meal service. Also responsible for preparing food for employees throughout shift, and maintaining the cleanliness of tables, chairs, and cafeteria to hotel standards.Qualifications: Must posses a minimum of one year as a Supervisor in hotel/resort setting. Must have previous kitchen experience in hotel or restaurant.
