OTG Management is currently looking for high energy individuals with a high regard for customer service, to join our team.  We are looking for the following position:

Cashiers - Food Servers – US Airways Terminal


CASHIER - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure that every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer Service.

• Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and coworkers alike

• Utilize computers for entering and closing guest checks according to cash handling procedures

• Use chemicals in cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas of the restaurant and/or kitchen

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Multi-task on a regular basis
• Ability to interpret a persons body language
• Knowledge of food and drink preparation


Server - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Follow the steps of service
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and coworkers alike
• Utilize computers for entering and closing guest checks
• Deliver food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
• Use chemicals in cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas of the restaurant and/or kitchen

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Multi-task on a regular basis
• Ability to interpret a persons body language
• Knowledge of food and drink preparation

Job Requirements:
• Pass a Federal Background check
• Provide own transportation to and from work
• Some positions will require the performance of other essential and marginal functions.
