Catering Sales Manager

Frandeli Group is a fast growing restaurant investment and development company.  Among our recent acquisitions is Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants.  We seek an experienced Catering Sales Manager to enhance and develop catering and banquet sales opportunities for our four restaurants in the DFW area.  This newly created position will report directly to the Vice President of Operations, and will be based in the restaurant located in the historic West End in downtown Dallas. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as primary point of contact for information on catering and banquet events in the Dallas areaProcess catering and banquet orders placed through the catering phone number and/or email.  Secure follow up for all DFW restaurants.  For locations outside DFW, direct inquiries to the appropriate restaurant General Manager.Develop catering/banquet business plan, in conjunction with operations management and marketingDevelop relationship with current major catering customers and build network of new customersTrack catering and banquet sales and provide reports to senior leadershipMonitor competitors' catering and banquet programsEvaluate and make recommendations on all aspects of the catering and banquet program to include offerings, portions, pricing and packagingTeam with operations to continually refining catering operations and proceduresWork with marketing department to develop catering/banquet marketing materials

Minimum Qualifications:High School graduate or equivalent certificationPrior outside sales or customer service experience requiredMust possess food service (restaurant or catering) experience Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentOutstanding communication skills required, with the ability to present and promote ideasAble to work independently, without direct supervisionProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
