Cleveland Assistant Manager

This candidate must have a minimum three years of fast food experience in the position of Assistant Manager. This candidate must possess strong leadership skills, be highly motivated, and have the ability to recruit and retain a solid crew base. This candidate will be responsible for the development of his or her subordinates, share accountability for profit and loss of the unit, and be able to function effectively in an fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will encourage, motivate, and discipline the staff in order to enforce high standards in a diverse work environment. Inner-city experience also helpful.
