Convenience & Café Merchandise Manager
Salary Commensurate with Experience.

Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, Inc.,  is searching for a Convenience & Café Merchandise Manager located in our Home Office in Basking Ridge, NJ.In this role you will be responsible for  buying convenience food and candy items for 600 college bookstores.  IIn addition, you will negotiate deals on a national level with vendors and create programs to drive business. You will be responsible for selecting vendors and items, analyze the business done in those areas and visit  stores to inspect merchandise.   

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Preferred.  Strong background in the Convenience Food/Candy retail business.  A background and understanding of contract management in the food service business.  Must have strong supervisory/management skills.  Café experience a plus.  Strong negotiation skills required.
