Customer Service Representative

In this role you will be responsible for:

 Initiating calls to our existing customers to obtain their order Receiving inquiries, orders and complaints from customers Following up on all customer phone calls and resolving customer issues Processing customer orders Analyzing incoming orders for correctness Copying and filing Customer Service Department paperwork Performing all duties in a courteous manner

 

Qualified candidates will have a HS Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, have the ability to operate computer, be people oriented and be able to effectively communicate in English. Preferred candidates will have previous 10-key and AS400 experience.

 

The schedule for this shift is:

Four week days, 8am-5pm and Saturdays, 8am-3pm. Days off are Sunday and one week day.
