Description

Candidate is expected to build positive customer relationships and work effectively at handling customer service issues that may arise. Candidate will handle all post sale customer service issues that may occur and will act as a liaison  between the customer and vendor. Candidate will also assist sales personnel in order taking when necessary.

Duties

Coordinate daily activities within the customer service departmentDevelop CS policies and procedures that ensure consistent and satisfying serviceDevelop rapport and relationships with customers Resolve and follow up on complex customer issuesRecommend and implement necessary CS applications/softwareProvide weekly reports to management on important customer issuesAssist management with customer analysisProvide shipment and delivery schedule information to customersCommunicate status of open/unprocessed orders to customersProvide professional and responsive query resolutionInvestigate customer claims and facilitate satisfactory resolutionGenerate courtesy calls to customers to improve retention
Requirements

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work with multi-line telephone systemExcellent organizational/planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work at an individual and team levelAbility to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging customer situations
