We currently have an opening for an Inter-Office Customer Care Team member in our Anaheim, CA office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for managing customer accounts and providing customer assistance which includes processing customer orders, providing customer quotations, answering technical questions, following-up/expediting customer orders using various websites, answering phones, heavy data entry and scanning into our imaging system.

QUALIFICATIONS:Must have good communication skills Must be well organized, detail oriented and have great follow-up skills Ability to perform duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision Solid multi-tasking skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Posses a Valid California Driver's License Positive Attitude Team Player 3-5 Years previous Customer Service experience
